After checking his office to make sure Ferus wasn't hiding in a closet or under his desk or something equally inane, Anakin flopped into his chair, consulted his notes briefly so he could remember which students he'd taught when, and waited for the first person to walk through the open into his office.

They couldn't have the coffee in his hands, by the way. Anakin needed that so he didn't tell everyone what he really thought.

"Of course," Anakin said. "What does she look like?"

Trouble. She looked like trouble. "She's shorter than me?" she said, nervousness turning it into a question. "And more blonde. She has a very distinctive black streak, though," she said, gesturing vaguely toward her temples.

"I'll keep my eye out," Anakin promised. "Where should I send her if I do run across her?"

Medusalith had to think about that for a moment, and finally decided on, "The library. Blackagar is in the library, and he'll keep her from running off again."

He nodded. "I will send her in that direction."
