Hiding Sitting in his office in one of Rory's outfits (shut up), Anakin glared at his computer and waited for the time to pass.

And the first person to call him Annie was getting slapped, student or not.

It was the only thing that made John feel better about six days of this, alright?

So that was Anakin's phone ringing away.

What a lovely phone voice, Anakin. Truly.

"Good morning to you, too, sunshine," John said, taking a moment to rub his ear. "I'm Sue, calling on behalf of your state senator with a simple survey today."

"I don't vote," Anakin replied.

"That's practically a sin, you know," John chastised.

"Yeah, I hear that from my wife," Anakin replied, forgetting he sounded like a girl for a second.

"I guess that answers my question about your position on gay marriage," John teased, covering the mouthpiece so his snickering wouldn't come through.

"What?" Anakin said.

"Nothing," he said. "So, Ani was it? What's your position on global warming?"

Oh, and look, Anakin was getting another phone call.

Rory was giggling even as it rang.

Anakin checked the number and sighed. "Yes, Rory?" he answered.

"Is the underwire from my bra bothering you?"

Oh, hee.

"Yes," he whined. "It's all poke-y."

"That's too bad," she said, completely without sympathy. "Juliet's adjusting to the idea of her two mommies, in case you were wondering."

Juliet was, in fact, asleep.

"You are having far too much fun with this," Anakin decided. "Just wait until you wake up with a beard. I'll call you Roland and take a ton of photos."

"That's fine. It happened to you first," she pointed out, giggling.

"I was going to stop at the bakery and pick something up for dessert, but now I just might get it now and eat it all without sharing," he threatened. "And stretch out your pants."

Tyler, roaming the halls, stuck his head in Anakin's door and saw a girl who was very much not Anakin.

"You too?"

"Tyler?" Anakin replied, blinking.

[tyler_gone]

"Got it in one," Tyler nodded, mildly impressed. "I was a lot blonder and perkier last time this happened."

He squinted. "How many times as a girl does it make for you?"

"Far too many," Anakin groused. "Rory is having fun with it."

"Did she offer a manicure?" Tyler wanted to know.

Then, because the mention of Rory reminded him: "And how's the baby doing?"

"She wants to play with my hair," Anakin whined. "And the baby thinks this is all very amusing, apparently."

[tyler_gone]

"You have pretty hair," Tyler said, because poking at a perpetually cranky Jedi was an awesome idea. "I don't blame Rory."

"It's just hair," said the man who spent forty five minutes on it each day.
