TA: John Sheppard because Anakin hates himself

Not surprisingly, there are many, many ways to get detention in Anakin's workshop, including but not limited to: messing around near the flight simulator (which was a gift from Obi-Wan years ago and so Anakin loves it more than he loves most people); being a general pain; being John Sheppard; and starting a fight (which guarantees a detention and probably something being Force-thrown).
