After a quick trip to the Isle of Ikea to replace all of the broken glassware, Anakin's office was back to its normal state of cleanliness.

He turned on some soothing music from Ithor and waited to see how many students came in to see what he'd told their guardians.

The door was open.

"We went to Geonosis to rescue Obi-Wan," Anakin said, nodding. "That went...less well."

"I know," Leia said, nodding. "The birth of the so-called 'Grand Army of the Republic'? Of course I studied it."

Anakin smiled and shook his head. "It's still odd that I'm in history books."

[likes_scoundrels]

"Not the ones officially approved by the Empire," Leia said with a smirk. "But the ones I got a hold of, those were more informative. And then there's the fan clubs...."

Anakin groaned and hid his head in his hands. "I can't believe they are still around."

[likes_scoundrels]

"Probably not as much as they were then," Leia said thoughtfully. "But their archives are still accessible." Which was giving her an idea, one she'd probably come to regret.

"Most of them were out of their kriffing minds," Anakin told her. "I made Obi-Wan deal with them."

Anakin was generous that way.

"There was plenty of material about him, too," Leia said with a little sigh.

Anakin groaned again. "He was always popular."

"I think there were girls who declared themselves Team Anakin, and others who were Team Obi-Wan," Leia grinned.

And wouldn't have they been pissed to know how it all ended...

"Not just girls," he said instead, not helping anything at all.

"Oh, yes," Leia agreed. "There were plenty of boys, too. And they'd argue just as passionately as the girls."

"Because there weren't other things to do with their time," Anakin grumbled.

"I think I'm going to have to dig up some of that stuff the next time I go home," Leia mused. "Maybe Rory would like to see it."

Anakin slumped in his chair. "Why do I have a bad feeling about this?"

[likes_scoundrels]

"You know that just tempts me more," Leia grinned.

She'd regret it when she found the inevitable slash fanfic.
