Anakin was in his office catching up on radio broadcasts for the last few days--one of the only disadvantages of living off-island.

The mood he was in would depend on which broadcast you caught him listening to.

And who you were.

The door was open.

"I can see how that might not have come up," Anakin admitted.

Jo nodded. "I'm thinking any tact would come from her side too."

Anakin glared. "I can be tactful! I'm a highly trained diplomat!"

"Of course, you are," Jo said, still nodding.

[sith_happened]

"I don't appreciate your tone," Anakin told her sulkily.

[wannabehunter]

"I'm sure you were very good at diplomacy," Jo said, fairly radiating sincerity, since it was probably the same kind as Ellen dished out with a shotgun to customers who just didn't know when to leave.

Anakin raised an eyebrow, but remembered he wasn't eight years old.

"Indeed."

Jo kept nodding. "Exactly."

[sith_happened]

"Go away now," Anakin commanded.

[wannabehunter]

"Going away now," Jo said, already headed for the door.

She'd need help for the itching powder, she decided.
