Anakin was taking advantage of this nice, normal week to do nice, normal paperwork.

Mmm, boring was soothing right now.

His door was open!

"Helloooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" she chirped, setting a coffee from the Perk down on his desk.

She had an apple cider.

"Thank you!" Anakin said, taking the coffee with a smile. "It wasn't necessary."

"I know," she said, "but I wanted to!!!!!!!!!!"

She liked doing things for people she loved, even if buying a drink for someone wasn't really being useful...

"What are you doing????????"

"Paperwork," Anakin said. "Getting ready for next year's classes. It's terribly boring."

"Are we doing the community center classes again??????" Nina asked eagerly.

For... no reason...

And not at all because she was (still!) the only student who'd ever taught anything here!

"Would you like to teach one?" Anakin asked.

"Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"That was loud," Anakin said, rubbing his ear for effect.

"Sorry," she said, contritely.

But also with a giggle. She wasn't that sorry.

"You seem very sorry," Anakin said, smirking slightly.

"Incredibly," she promised blithely.

[sith_happened]

"Fighting back tears of remorse," Anakin said, grinning.

"I'm just, like, covered in shame," she said, giggling.

"Oh, I can tell," Anakin said.
