Sorry for being so spotty! Our internet has gone out three of the last four weekends and then takes four or five (or six, or whenever they feel like getting to it...) days to get back up. I'm on a by-the-minute dial-up, internetting 1996 style in the meantime, so I'm around, just...not all the time.

Thank you for your patience in not dropping the conversations I have going!

Not gonna lie, I'm pretty close to it.

Last week I called and the first day they were all "oh, 24 hours." The next day they said, "Who told you 24? It could be 48." The NEXT day they were all "oh, it could take a week."

I nearly set them on fire.
