After sparring with Ben in the gym again, Anakin sat down behind his desk and closed his eyes.

He was meditating. Really. Three hours of a sleep a night was fine.

"I was still alone," Anakin said. "I was stronger and older than most of the students who were just beginning their training. It wasn't a combination that was going to win me many friends."

Raven frowned. "I would understand why the other students might be envious of your abilities," she said, "but why would they not respect your skills and seek to learn from your wisdom?"

Raven obviously had a lot to learn about human interactions.

Anakin snorted. "You haven't spent a lot of time with other people, have you?" he asked quietly.

"No," Raven said, shaking her head. "This is the first time I have been away from Azarath. I am slowly learning that the ways of my home are quite different from how other people live their lives."
