Flight to France [a mile up or so]

For the fifth time in twenty minutes Anakin moved his seatmate's arm from Anakin's side of the armrest with the fury of his stare alone.

"Are you sure it would be wrong to convince people we belong up with the bigger seats?" he asked Rory in an undertone. "There are still some that are empty and it'll be easier than killing the guy next to me."

He was mostly kidding.

Rory sighed and turned her iPod off for the fifth time in twenty minutes. "It's going to be a long flight," she said, sighing at him. "Anakin. You're f...you're twenty-five. Not twelve."

"He started it," Anakin said maturely, moving the armrest between them out of the way to sneak a little closer.

"Here, I'm skinny enough that I only take up half the seat," she said, scooting away from him to make room. "Share."

Anakin slid his blanket over and gave her a kiss on the forehead. "A chance to be closer to you?" he smiled. "Poor me."

"Yes, poor you. Go to sleep," she murmured, nestling her head against his shoulder.

Anakin let out a small contented sigh and slid his hand up (under the blanket, of course) to just above her knee. "I'm not really tired."

She squirmed a little. "But the sooner we sleep, the sooner we're in Paris."

Eyes shining, Anakin moved his hand up a little further. "There are other ways to pass the time."

"Anakin!" Rory hissed, her eyes going wide. "We are on a plane."

He kissed her nose. "I looked up mile-high club," he said.

Anakin gave her his patented Of Course I Knew That and am Fine With It smile.

We'd get caught, she thought at him.

He ran his fingers through her hair.

We wouldn't. I'm very sneaky.

We would. They're trained to watch out for people doing that.

Anakin leaned in to kiss her.

It's not like they're going to turn the plane around if they caught us...

He didn't still sound all that convinced that they would be.

Rory bit lightly at his lower lip.

Anakin's hand slid just a little higher.

She hummed softly into the kiss.

Drooling on his shirtfront, Anakin replied, biting down a little hard on her lower lip to stop from making noise.

His fingers moved lightly against the fabric of her pants. I can stop...

"I have to go to the bathroom," she replied, breaking the kiss and shooting him a significant look.

Two minutes. Meet me there.

Anakin's answering smile was bright enough to light a room.

Rory was the picture of innocence as she sauntered down the aisle and found the tiny, tiny bathroom and let herself in. She then spent the next two minutes trying to figure out how this could possibly work.

Anakin walked up to the bathroom exactly two minutes later.

It's me, he thought, trying the handle.
