Office hours [all day]
Anakin was back in his office today, rewatching Katniss's Reaping and writing down his impressions of all of the contestants from the various other districts. He was going to drive Haymitch absolutely batshit with his recommendations, but Anakin was very, very bad at just sitting around and waiting for things to happen.
He'd turn the feed off immediately when he sensed someone else approaching his office. No need to traumatize other students.
His door was cracked open. Please interrupt Anakin from his new obsession.

And if he happened to have a pad of paper filled out with mostly-crossed-out things he'd been thinking of sending Katniss off Karla's suggestion, well, maybe he wasn't so great at sitting around and waiting either.
He knocked lightly on the door, even though yesterday had taught him that hey, not necessary.

"I -- I came to see Katniss' competitors," he said a bit hesitantly.

Let them try.

Glancing up at the screen, he asked, "So -- who's that one?"

Not that she'd thought about that at all. Really.
"I do not think they would be foolish enough to attempt to come to the island," she added.

"Disgusting," he murmured.
Though a very dark part of his brain reminded him that at least she probably wouldn't be much of a challenge for Katniss. That was disturbing.

He might've known how she thought by now.

"I've kept a list," he said instead. "I'm going to send my thoughts to Haymitch today."
And wouldn't Haymitch be thrilled to receive them. Really.

Like anyone cared.
"Er, what... what did you write?" he asked, trying not to sound terribly invasive.

Which he couldn't blame them for.
